WAVERLEY FALCONS VS KEILOR THUNDER
Live from 4:00pm AEST live and free via Kayo Freebies.
Players to watch:
Keilor: Maddison Rocci
No stranger to hoisting championship trophies, Rocci brings the experience of three WNBL titles into the NBL1 South decider on Saturday night. While she is firmly in her prime at 26, Rocci boasts experience and poise beyond her years and the Thunder will need those attributes if they want to book their ticket to the National Championships.

Waverley: Bec Cole
Another superstar who knows how to get the job done on the biggest stage, Cole will be hoping to add the NBL1 South championship to the 2024 WNBL title she won with the Southside Flyers – which, ironically, came alongside Rocci.
Losing to the undefeated Bendigo Braves in last season’s Grand Final, the Falcons not only have experience but some of the hottest form in the country heading into Saturday.

All the way back in Round 4 was the last time these two sides went to battle. Four of the five Thunder starters scored in double-digits to secure victory, while the Falcons connected on just 34.9 percent of their field goals in an inefficient performance.
BALLARAT MINERS VS ELTHAM WILDCATS
Live from 7:30pm AEST live and free via Kayo Freebies.
Players to watch:
Ballarat: Tyler Rudolph
The Miners’ offensive attack plays to the beat of Rudolph’s drum, as he averaged 20.4 points this season, six more than the club’s next-best scorer. Coming off a spectacular 37-point masterclass against the NBL-stacked Sandringham in the Preliminary Final, Rudolph brings immensely strong form into the Grand Final.

Eltham: Angus Glover
Someone who is also on a high entering the decider is Glover, whose epic game-winner against Frankston last week secured Eltham’s Grand Final spot. All eyes will be on the 25-year-old on Saturday night, as he hopes to add some more silverware to a cabinet that already is home to two NBL championships.

It wasn’t that long ago when these two went toe-to-toe, as the Wildcats took easy care of the Miners in the last round of the regular season. Owen Foxwell’s 30 points was the headliner on that day, while Zak Cunningham surprised with 17 points off the bench. With the stakes raised, you’d expect a much tighter final score this weekend.
