Akech Aliir and Kris Langhorn have committed to the Canberra Gunners and Nationals, respectively, for the 2022 NBL1 East season.
Aliir returns to Gunners colours looking to continue his rise after a strong 2021 meanwhile Langhorn is back to provide her on-court tenacity and veteran leadership for the Nationals.
Not only is Langhorn a star on the court, but she is also making a difference off it.
In 2019, the Nationals went pink to support the McGrath Foundation, a cause close to Langhorn's heart following her grandmother's passing at the hands of breast cancer.
Langhorn herself had to get a lump removed when she was just 19, citing that the risk was too great considering her family history.
