Basketball Victoria's leagues are preparing to launch for 2024, and in doing so, Basketball Victoria and NBL1 South are proud to welcome Bartercard to the basketball community for at least the next two years; the announcement coming on the back of RSL Victoria joining the basketball ranks last week!
Keeping in theme of last week's announcement, Bartercard were keen to support basketball's Technical Officials; the well known Bartercard brand placed on the chest of our referees in Basketball Victoria's NBL1 South, Big V, Country Basketball Leagues (CBL) and the Victorian Junior Basketball Leagues (Victorian Championship divisions). The Scoretable and Statisticians involved in NBL1 South will also feature the Bartercard logo on their tops.
Bartercard is a flexible, secure and accountable way for businesses to trade their goods and services, both locally and right around the globe. With 32,000 Bartercardholders in Australia and New Zealand, Bartercard is an established and trusted method of business. Bartercard will bring you new customers when you want them.
Basketball Victoria's CEO Nick Honey says “Basketball Victoria are excited to be partnering with Bartercard. The partnership is in line with our ambitions of providing a strongly supported Technical Official development and pathway stream; but also, for our associations this partnership opens opportunities outside of their regular business network and we're excited to see how they utilise those opportunities. To have a well known and respected brand such as Bartercard showing faith in the direction of basketball in our state and partnering with us truly is a positive step for all parties."
Bartercard Ross Hamilton (National Manager Sponsorships) says "The Bartercardconnection is a passionate network of business owners. We know basketballers across Victoria are just as passionate about their sport and health and we see this as a terrific opportunity to connect and support a wonderful family sport and connect them with our members."
