The Casey Cavaliers have announced their senior head coaches for the 2022 season.
David Peters and Alex Palazzolo will lead the men's and women's teams, respectively, in the club's first NBL1 South season.
Peters comes from a high-performance background, having led the club's and Basketball Victoria's high-performance programs.
He has coached Gold Medal winning teams at the Australian Junior Championships, Victorian Championships, National Junior Classic tournaments, Australian School Championships and the Basketball Victoria Champions Cup.
Peters' experience also extends to NBL level, having worked with Melbourne United as a Player Development Coach and Video Coordinator.
Palazzolo has coached at the highest levels in Australia for over 30 years including time spent as a WNBL Head Coach, SEABL Head Coach, VJBL VC Head Coach, FIBA Women’s World League Assistant Coach and the Rowville Sports Academy Senior Head Coach.
