The 2024 season for the Central Districts Lions will now live in the history books forever, after they secured their first NBL1 Central women’s championship with a 79-67 victory in a thrilling Grand Final against the Forestville Eagles.
The Lions turned a six-point three quarter time deficit into the 12-point win in a stunning turnaround.
