Adrian Tomada (Kilsyth Cobras)
In a major performance for Kilsyth Adrian Tomada got the Cobras a much-needed win against Waverley, he put up 26 points, 13 rebounds, nine assists and three steals to keep Kilsyth in the hunt for the top seed in the South.
NBL1 West:
Emma Clarke (Perry Lake Hawks)
In a dominant performance, Emma Clarke took down Rockingham with a major stat line of 27 points, 14 rebounds and five assists. Knocking off a higher seed, especially in the West where the top is so strong, means the Hawks may just have a chance to upset some teams in the back half of this season.
Devondrick Walker (Rockingham Flames)
What more can be said about the athletic scoring machine that is Devondrick Walker? When he is on fire like he was in Round 14, the Flames look like the best team out West. He averaged an absurd 36.5 points, six assists and 7.5 three-pointers in two wins this past weekend.
NBL1 Central:
Joe Jackson (Woodville Warriors)
The top of the ladder Woodville Warriors did not miss a step against Sturt this weekend, as Joe Jackson had 23 points, 13 rebounds and four assists to keep the Warriors as the key contender in South Australia.
Samantha Simons (Forestville Eagles)
Every round her name comes up for the Footlocker Player of the Week as Sam Simons was outstanding against the Bearcats. She scored 29 points with 13 rebounds as the Eagles beat a top two side in the lead-up to the Central finals.
NBL1 East:
Nicole Munger (Newcastle Falcons)
Newcastle’s Nicole Munger had an amazing weekend, against the top of the ladder Bandits she had a 27-point triple-double in the loss. But made sure to get a win on the Falcons’ ACT road trip by smashing Canberra. She averaged 25 points, 10.5 rebounds and six assists in Round 14.
Patrick Sanders-McClain (Norths Bears)
In a tough battle, the Norths Bears beat Sutherland by three points to maintain their position within the top six of the NBL1 East ladder. It was Patrick Sanders-McClain who got the Bears the win with 27 points and eight rebounds.
