The Southern Tigers have announced that Tom Hilbig will be joining the club from early November as their Junior Development Officer and NBL1 Men's Head Coach for the 2022 NBL1 Central season.
Hilbig joins the Southern Tigers with more than six years of Junior Division 1 and SA Metro coaching experience.
He also has experience as an assistant coach at NBL1 level with Forestville since 2016 and is the SA Metro Under 16 Girls Head Coach for 2022.
His experience in the SA High-Performance program goes back to 2014, being involved with state teams, emerging athlete development programs, state performance programs and national performance programs.
As an athlete wellbeing specialist, Hilbig is a psychological science graduate (Honours).
