Four-time NBL champion Greg Hire has re-signed with the Rockingham Flames for the 2022 NBL1 West season.
After guiding the Flames to its first ever SBL/ NBL1 West Men's Grand Final, the 34-year-old was hungry for more in 2022 after ultimately falling short against Perry Lakes Hawks.
However, he admits that this might be the final year we see him in a Rockingham singlet.
"I'm really excited to have one final crack of bringing a championship to Rockingham," Hire said.
"More than likely it being my final year, it’s a opportunity to redeem myself after a very disappointing year for myself.
"I'm looking forward to getting back to playing basketball the way I’m accustomed to and pumping up that crowd."
