Shooting guard Paige Keenihan has re-signed with the Norwood Flames for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 Central season.
Averaging six points per game, Keenihan is a knock-down shooter and known as a high IQ player on the court.
At 23 years old, Keenihan is another one of the Flames’ returning young core from last season.
Her best performance of that season came against Woodville where she recorded 17 points.
She was a calming presence off the bench and will give coach Terry McNamara another option in her offence.
"Paige has a great basketball mind and provides reliability and aggression to the team on defence," McNamara said.
"She is an offensive threat from the perimeter and is always prepared to put her body on the line for the benefit of the team."
On returning to Norwood, Keenihan said: "I’m excited to see what this season will bring for our team and build upon our accomplishments of last season."
