The Lakeside Lightning have signed Dom Jackson, Mia Jacobs, Landon Taliaferro, Jae Flynn and Opal Mader for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season.
Jackson is a 6'8" athletic big man is set to have a big impact in a new-look Lightning side.
Jacobs is currently a Perth Lynx squad member and has a big future ahead of her within basketball.
She is athletic, tough, and a proven scorer, having demonstrated her skills with the Eastern Suns in last year's NBL1 West season.
Originally from Boulder Colorado, Taliaferro comes to the Lightning as a 6'5" guard.
He is versatile and athletic, and his ability to shoot consistently from the outside and find his way to the basket will demand attention from opposition teams.
A proven performer on the court, Mader is an outstanding person who is extremely coachable and committed to personal and team growth.
She plied her trade with the East Perth Eagles in 2021 before making the transition to Lakeside.
Flynn is one of the league’s premier defenders, is deadly from the perimeter, and is the ultimate teammate.
