Coles Express NBL1 West veteran Seb Salinas has marked his birthday by signing with the Eastern Suns for the 2022 season.
Salinas spent 2021 with the Joondalup Wolves and joins fellow ex-Wolves Reece Maxwell and Jacob Formosa in orange and black this season.
Suns Men's Head Coach Ben Ettridge said he was delighted to welcome Salinas to the club.
"The word legend gets thrown around a lot in sports," Ettridge expained.
"In this case, it hits the mark dead on.
"I have been fortunate enough to have had two of the greatest captains a coach could ask for in Brad Ness and Seb Salinas.
"Over his career, Seb has become not only one of the most respected players by his team mates, but also league wide with his opponents.
"His dedication and drive can only be matched by his will to win and ability to make those around him better.
"I have been honoured to be a part of Seb's journey as a player, a captain and as person.
"I am privileged to be able to have him in a Suns uniform as we build something special once again."
