Star on the rise Jayda Clark is heading home to WA with the Perry Lakes Hawks for the 2024 NBL1 season.
The WA junior started her NBL1 career in 2021 with her junior club the Warwick Senators. She then attended the AIS and played for the NBL1 East’s Basketball Australia’s Centre of Excellence, where she averaged 14.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and three assists for the Finals team.

With a season-high of 25 points against the Bankstown Bruins, the FIBA Under-16 Women’s Asian Championship has shown her scoring prowess on the NBL1 level – with six 19+ point games through the 2023 season.
The 18-year-old was then recruited by the WNBL’s UC Capitals, where she’s played 11 games and scored 41 points in limited minutes this season.
Clark joins Maddy Dennis, Mia Satie, Ash Isenbarger and Ellie Newman on the roster for 2024.
