The NBL1 National Final uses the points system used by the NBL for the NBL Blitz. Three points will be awarded for a win and an extra point awarded for each quarter won. If the quarter is tied, each team gets half a point.

The schedule for Friday was determined by a random draw and it is as follows for the women’s and men’s games:

Friday 18th August - GAME TIMES (Doors open 3pm)
  • 4pm MEN, Knox (South) vs West Adelaide (Central) and 4.30pm WOMEN, Norths (East) vs Northside (North)
  • 6pm WOMEN, Cockburn (West) vs Bendigo (South) and 6.30pm WOMEN, Warwick (West) vs Norwood (Central)
  • 8pm MEN, Rockingham (West) vs Ipswich (North) and 8.30pm MEN, Geraldton (West) vs Sutherland (East)

Saturday will see the highest rank vs lowest possible rank, without teams playing twice. Only two games will be played on Sunday – the Men’s NBL1 National Final and the Women’s NBL1 National Final.

The top two point scorers over Friday and Saturday will face off in the Championship Games.
