36ers DP Olbrich re-signs with Tigers

The Southern Tigers have announced the re-signing of Lachlan Olbrich for the 2022 NBL1 Central season. 

Tigers fans got a taste of Olbrich's potential upon his return from the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence (COE), averaging 12 games from his two appearances for the club.

His impressive form for both the COE and the Southern Tigers earned him a spot on the Adelaide 36ers' roster as a Development Player. 

Standing tall at 208cm as a 17-year-old, Olbrich was part of South Australia‘s Bronze medal team at this year’s U20 National Championships where he led the event in steals per game (2.4) and was third in overall rebounds (8.8 per game).

Olbrich represented SA Metro in both 2020 and 2021 after averages of 23 points per game while part of the Southern Tigers U18 Division 1 team which won both the Summer and Winter titles.
