The RedCity Roar have re-signed up-and-coming talent Ayla Acdol for the 2022 NBL1 North season.
When asked why she wanted to return to the club, Acdol said: "I decided to return to RedCity in 2022 because of the welcoming culture and the team atmosphere the association brings.
"I’m excited for the upcoming season because of the program 'Cass' (Dover) has put together for the club and I’m keen to see what the future brings.
"The girls have a great resilient attitude and its only a matter of time before we can prove our full potential."
Coach Cassie Dover added: "Ayla came to us last year and was aiming to gain confidence in her game after time off from her knee injury.
"She helped our QSL get to the finals and as the year went on started to show the old Ayla at the NBL1 level.
"She is always positive and is a great team player.
"I am looking forward to seeing her continue to grow in our program and I am hopeful 2022 she will continue on the rise she was on in 2021."
