Acknowledging Leeann Burton’s outstanding contribution

At Bendigo’s final home game of the season, the basketball community came together to celebrate the remarkable career of Leeann Burton, who officiated her final NBL1 South game.

Leeann retires having officiated 212 games across SEABL and NBL1 South, with numerous finals appointments to her name. Over more than a decade in the league, she has been a respected figure on the floor, known for her consistency, professionalism, and dedication to the game.

NBL1 South congratulates and thanks Leeann for her incredible service to the league and the wider basketball community, particularly through her long-standing contribution to Bendigo Basketball.
