Bruins back in Barnes and Proctor as 2022 coaches

The Bankstown Bruins have appointed Greg Barnes (men) and Roderick Proctor (women) as their head coaches ahead of the inaugural 2022 NBL1 East season. 

Barnes is described as a true Bruins legend, having played for and coached many Bankstown representative sides. 

Proctor has translated his extensive playing career to coaching, learning from experiences with Bankstown, West Sydney Slammers, Sydney Kings and Sydney Comets. 

His current women's team comes into NBL1 East having won the most Waratah League titles (10).
