The NBL1 National Final uses the historically successful points system used by the NBL for the NBL Cup and the NBL Blitz. Three points will be awarded for a win and an extra point awarded for each quarter won. If the quarter is tied, each team gets half a point.

The schedule for Friday was determined by a random draw and it is as follows:

Women’s:

West Adelaide Bearcats (NBL1 Central) v Warwick Senators (NBL1 West) - Court 3, 6:00pm AEST

Townsville Flames (NBL1 North) v Southern District Spartans (Wildcard) - Court 2, 6:15pm AEST

Albury-Wodonga Bandits (NBL1 East) v Ringwood Hawks (NBL1 South) - Court 1, 6:30pm AEST

Men’s:

Rockingham Flames (NBL1 West) v South Adelaide Panthers (NBL1 Central) - Court 3, 8:00pm AEST

Hobart Chargers (NBL1 South) v Gold Coast Rollers (NBL1 North) - Court 2, 8.15pm AEST

Frankston Blues (Wildcard) v Canberra Gunners (NBL1 East) - Court 1, 8:30pm AEST

On Saturday, the highest point scorer from Friday will face the fifth-placed, the second-highest will face the fourth-highest and the third-highest will face the sixth-highest.

On Sunday, the top two point scores over Friday and Saturday will face off in the Championship Game, while the third and fourth highest and fifth and sixth highest will compete to determine the final standings.
