The Forestville Eagles secured a dominant 101-83 win over the Sturt Sabres on Saturday at the State Basketball Centre in Wayville.
The Eagles controlled the glass throughout the contest, pulling down 56 rebounds to Sturt's 45, with a massive advantage on the offensive boards (23-11). Dejan Vasiljevic led the Eagles' offensive charge with a game-high 31 points, while Alexander Starling posted a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds along with 5 assists and 4 steals.
