Davis praises NBL1 West Select team format

The NBL1 West Select Team has completed their series against the Perth Wildcats and Warwick Senators star Caleb Davis said it was a privilege to host the 10-time NBL champions on their home court. 

The former Adelaide 36er suited up for both games against the Wildcats, scoring 19 points in the Friday night game and then following it up with nine points and four rebounds on Warwick’s home court. 

“It’s a big privilege to represent the Select team in front of the home crowd,” Davis told the Senators. 

“Just being able to play at the NBL level again, against a team like the Wildcats, it’s really special and an opportunity I don’t take for granted.” 

“Just having that opportunity, I consider myself really, really lucky. But getting to have one of these games in front of our home crowd is probably the best thing about it all.”
