Fifteen-year-old signs with Cockburn

The Cockburn Cougars have signed Kinley Paterson for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season.

Paterson becomes one of the youngest ever contracted members of the Cougars' women's program at just 15 years old.

Club greats Nicole and Alyce Roberts were the next youngest to ink their first representative deals.

Paterson is a long-time Spearwood Hawks basketball club junior who has a very big future ahead.

She joins fellow Cougar junior Lily Gammidge in making the full transition to senior basketball within the club.
