NBL1 North

Gold Coast Rollers: Ariana Moorer

Ariana Moorer had a massive triple-double over the weekend against the Brisbane Capitals, getting her team over the line with a four-point win.

The Rollers’ guard recorded 31 points, 17 rebounds and 11 assists. Her season averages are 22.9 points, 11.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists.

Gold Coast Rollers: Todd Blanchfield

The Rollers take home two Player of the Week Awards, with a strong performance from Illawarra Hawks signing Todd Blanchfield.

The experienced forward averaged a double-double in their 2-0 weekend. In Game 1, he scored 34 points and 10 rebounds, whilst in Game 2, Blanchfield recorded an impressive 42 points and 19 rebounds.

NBL1 East

Albury-Wodonga Bandits: Mikayla Pivec

Pivec, a valued Bandit, starred over the Bankstown Bruins in their healthy 30-point win. She recorded a double-double with 32 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists.

She also provided five steals and one block, helping Albury-Wodonga creep up the ladder to eighth place.

Bankstown Bruins: Hayden Blankley

Blankley stood out for the Bruins on Saturday night in their 92-87 win over the Bandits. In his 40-minute playing time, Blankley recorded 32 points, 12 rebounds and 2 assists.

His season average is 22.4 points, 11 rebounds and 3.7 assists.

NBL1 South

Bendigo Braves: Megan McKay

A brave Megan McKay continues to roll for Bendigo. She averaged 23 points, 16.4 rebounds and a 59.1 field goal percentage across the two games.

With a double-double in both games, she scored 20 points and 12 rebounds in Game 1, and 26 points with 21 rebounds in Game 2.

Frankston Blues: Daniel Trist

Strong performances from Daniel Trist saw the Blues’ forward power through the weekend. He averaged 33 points, 12.5 rebounds and shot 62.5 per cent from the field.

In Game 1, Trist recorded 31 points and 10 rebounds in a win over the Dandenong Rangers. He scored 35 points and 15 rebounds in an unfortunate loss to the Melbourne Tigers.

NBL1 West

Mandurah Magic: Hannah Hank

Hank was a powerhouse in the NBL1 West over the weekend. In Game 1, she recorded 29 points and 17 rebounds in an 82-50 win over the Cockburn Cougars.

In Game 2, Hank scored 16 points and 12 rebounds. Her average across both games came to 22.5 points, 14.4 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game.

Geraldton Buccaneers: Zac Gattorna

NBL free agent Zac Gattorna is a key stake in the Buccaneers team. In a win over the East Perth Eagles, Gattorna scored 39 points with six rebounds and one assist.

He shot at 76.5 per cent from the field, an impressive stat line to lead the Buccaneers to third place on the ladder with a 12-4 record.

NBL1 Central

Eastern Mavericks: Taylah Levy 

Mavericks’ guard Taylah Levy aided in her teams’ second win of the season, a significant win for the Eastern Mavericks.

The Mavericks won 100-57 over the Woodville Warriors. Levy scored 35 points with 6 rebounds and 10 assists.

South Adelaide Panthers: Daniel Johnson

Johnson recorded 35 points, nine rebounds and two assists over the Central Districts Lions. He shot a perfect three-point game winner for the Panthers to secure their 86-83 win.

The Panthers ended a two-game losing streak and have a 9-5 record and are placed at fourth on the ladder.
