From Magic to Suns: Shaw switches for 2022

Xavier Shaw will make the switch from Mandurah to the Eastern Suns ahead of the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season.

Suns men's coach Ben Ettridge said he was delighted to have Shaw in a Suns singlet this year.

"We are very excited to have Xavier in black and orange," Ettridge said.

"He is an athletic, mobile big who makes his presence felt at both ends of the court.

"He will give us a target inside, and his ability to face up and make decisions are an added element to our system.

"Xavier’s strong family values align strongly with our team culture which makes him a great fit for our team."
