Goodluck and Cummins sign with Warwick

The Warwick Senators have signed Jessie Goodluck and Katie Cumins for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season.

Women’s Head Coach Jonelle Morley said this about Goodluck: "We are excited to be bringing Jessie Goodluck to the Warwick Senators in 2022.

"Jessie grew up in Adelaide, played club basketball for North Adelaide Rockets and the Bulleen Boomers before playing several seasons in the US.

"In the short time she has spent with the club we can already see that Jessie will fit right into our up-tempo game pace and the club culture."

Goodluck had this to say: "Since my first session with Warwick, I noticed the great team culture and felt right at home.

"Their willingness to work hard and support each other really stood out to me.

"I’m excited to develop my game alongside some incredible experience and talent!"

Speaking about Cummins, Coach Morley said: "We are very excited to see Katie take to the NBL1 court in 2022.

"After 12 months off following surgery, Katie has built her strength and game to receive her first NBL1 contract.

"We know she is ready to make an impact improving every single time she steps on the court.

"At 6'2" with a huge wing span, Katie has a radar for the rebound and we feel like she might just be this years surprise package in the NBL1."
