Hay makes cross-conference move to Force

The Ipswich Force have announced the signing of playmaking dynamo Tia Hay for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 North season.

Hay comes to the Force having spent last season in the NBL1 South with the Kilsyth Cobras, where she averaged nine points on 43 percent shooting in 22 minutes per game.

Prior to that, she was a standout at Santa Clara University in the USA, where she led the team in scoring, assists, steals and free-throw percentage during her senior season.

Hay joins Daphnee Frieson and Courtenay Wragg as new recruits to the Force for 2022.

On the men's side of things, Jason Ralph, James Ringholt, Isaac White and Cameron Goldfinch have signed on.
