Illawarra adds local and international experience to rosters

The Illawarra Hawks have signed Georgia Ohrdorf, Patrick Lancaster, Fletcher MacDonald, Matilda MacDonald, Ella Dent, Harry Morris, Melanie Kirby and Sam Giles for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 East season.

Ohrdorf comes across from the WBBL in the United Kingdom, where she represented Newcastle.

Fletcher MacDonald has experience at state level, having represented NSW at the Australia U20 Championships.

Dent played eight games for the Hawks last year and averaged 11.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists.

Lancaster and Morris are also Illawarra locals who will relish the opportunity to represent the Hawks at NBL1 level.
