Jackie Brown reappointed as Lady Rollers head coach

Gold Coast Basketball has announced that Jackie Brown will return as Head Coach for the Gold Coast Lady Rollers for the 2022 NBL1 North Season.

Brown is a former Gold Coast junior who has had an impressive international playing career.

Her established coaching record includes various Basketball Queensland State Teams and her inclusion in the inaugural Elite Female Coach Advancement Program through Basketball Australia.

Speaking about her recommitment, Brown said: "I'm extremely excited to be given the opportunity to continue building a positive culture with some extremely talented athletes.

"They are great players and exciting to watch however what's important for me as a coach moving forward, is that they are great people both on and off the court.

"That's a wish list that every coach desires.

"I’m looking forward to learning and growing as a group together."
