Jade Johnson signs with Sturt

The Sturt Sabres have announced that Jade Johnson has re-signed with the club for the 2021 NBL1 Central Season.

After four years at St Francis College in the U.S, Johnson managed to finish her collegiate career in 2019/20 tied fifth for scoring in program history (1,394 points).

“The team is looking forward to having Jade back for this season,” coach John Turnbull said.

“After a successful college career, we hope Jade continues her success and scoring run on the court playing with us.

“Jade brings a calm demeanour to our group, along with deadly shooting from the perimeter which will help open up opportunities for other players around her.”
