Knox's Eliza West gearing up for VFLW Finals

Knox Raiders gun Eliza West has guided the Casey Demons into the VFLW Finals, beginning this weekend. 

After averaging over 22 disposals this VFLW season, West was also signed by AFLW affiliate Melbourne and will suit up for the Demons next season. 

She has averaged six points from her seven appearances for the Raiders this NBL1 South season.

Another NBL1 South gun has also been snapped up by an AFLW team, with Ballarat's Jasmine Simmons signing with Adelaide. 

Simmons made her NBL1 South debut in the Rush's Round 10 double-header and will look to build on her performance as the season goes on.
