Maioranas sign with Warriors

The Woodville Warriors have signed Jack Maiorana, Alex Maiorana and Amy Horskins for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 Central season.

Speaking about Jack Maiorana, Woodville Men's Coach Scott Whitmore said: "The glue man of the group, will be looking for more opportunity as the season gets going, ever so reliable, Jack is sure to influence many games this season with his impact off the bench."

Whitmore was equally excited to welcome team captain Alex back. 

"He will be looking to lead his group back to finals," Whitmore said.

Horskins has gone from strength to strength across 2021 and 2022, winning the Most Valuable Player for the reserves last season and one of the most improved.

Her aggression on both ends of the floor as well as great mid-range shooting has been an integral part of Woodville's successful ends to the reserves season in 2021 and 2022.
