Mayo Malek enters year five with Giants

A familiar face for home crowds, Mayo Malek is set to dominate the front-court, providing size, defense, scoring and veteran leadership to the Northern Star Resources Goldfields Giants this season.

Moving into his fifth year with the Giants, the 205cm player continues his NBL1 career in the Goldfields which he has called home for several years now.

Mayo has been training under new head coach Matt Van Pelt in preseason is ready to suit up alongside new US imports Randy Bell and De'Sean Parsons this season.
