National Finals star signs with Brisbane

NBL1 National Finals All-Star Five member Emmett Naar has signed with the Brisbane Bullets as an injury replacement player for NBL25.

Replacing NBL1 North MVP Sam McDaniel, the playmaking savant will be able to invigorate the bench after leading the Mackay Meteors talented roster to the championship in the North.

Facilitating the offence for Isaac White, Todd Blanchfield and Luca Yates, Naar has recent experience with setting up talented NBL scorers – seemingly a perfect fit for Brisbane’s roster after averaging 9.2 assists in the North regular season.

During the National Finals, Naar took his game to another level -- averaging 17.3 points, 14.6 assists and 8.3 rebounds as the conductor of the Meteors’ offence. 

The Bullets will take on the Taipans in Cairns on Saturday night, streaming live from 8:00pm AEST live on ESPN via Kayo Sports.
