Panthers Sammy slams Flames with vital contribution to keep finals alive
Sammy DeFrancesco known shooter found her range as reeled of 18 points with four triples along with three assists and steals as she led her South Adelaide Panthers to a vital 92-78 win over the white-hot Norwood Flames. Holly Forbes and Darcy Rees both doubled doubled with 13 points and 12 rebounds each as seven Panthers all reached double figures.
Ally Wilson still managed 20 points and 13 rebounds while Sharna Thompson was lighting it up from outside with five triples in her 25 points.
Simons sees Eagles to important win at the Fortress over the Warriors
Jess Simons produced one of her best nights out with 23 points, six rebounds and three assists as she led the Forestville Eagles to a tight 74-79 win over the Woodville Warriors at the Fortress of St Clair. A big-time contribution also came from the bench with Kelsey Brett nailing 16 points with four triples at 71 percent.
The Warriors Nicole Fransson was strong again with 17 points and 13 rebounds with Annaliese Watkinson chiming in with four triples for her 16 points and five assists.
Mollie and Morgan wreck Rockets to stamp second
Mollie McKendrick was big again for the Southern Tigers and along with Morgan Yaeger’s out and out electric shooting shot down the North Adelaide Rockets 74-88 at the Lights. McKendrick manoeuvred her way to 28 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals while Yaeger rolled her way to 24 points with five triples with 11 rebounds and four assists.

Brittany Hernandez backed up her Thursday night game with another 21 points and 15 rebounds – the Rockets missing Lauren Mansfield were led by Brooke Basham with 25 points and seven rebounds.
Starling steers Lloyd led Panthers to fiery win
Lloyd McVeigh produced 31 points and 10 rebounds to help the South Adelaide Panthers entrench themselves further into the top five over the Norwood Flames 95-66 at the Jungle. But it was Starling that produced one of the highlights of the season…

The normally potent offence of the Flames was doused with only Trey McBride dropping 28 points and eight rebounds.
Third quarter quash from Drmic and Bearcats – buries Mavs
Anthony Drmic returned to the West Adelaide Bearcats with a bang as he reeled off 36 points with nine triples, nine rebounds and five assists in the Bearcats 120-89 win over the Eastern Mavericks. Lachlan Olbrich also added 19 points and 12 rebounds as the Bearcats slammed 46 points into the Mavs in the third quarter.
Jasper Rentoy (25 points, seven assists and five rebounds), James Legan (23 points, six rebounds and four assists) and Jack Hemphill (20 points and seven rebounds) were all solid for the away side after leading their opponents at halftime 44-54.
Stepney above the rest but Warriors go down in thriller to Eagles
We have a new record in NBL1 Central with Jawan Stepney the highest Men’s individual scorer as he was step above the rest with 49 points with six triples to go along side seven assists and six rebounds – but he couldn’t quite get his team over the line in one of the craziest finishes of the season 113-115 against the Forestville Eagles at the Fortress of St Clair.
Greg Mays backed up his huge haul from Friday night with another 33 points and five rebounds while Adam Doyle collected a triple double with 24 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds. Jake Rios also shone out for 29 points with seven triples at 77 percent.
