WOMEN

North Adelaide Rockets (60) def by Forestville Eagles (91)

An absolute blowout on the women’s side of this matchup, as the Eagles cruised to a 31-point victory.

Peyton Taylor and Tayla Corrigan both scored 17 for the Rockets, but they were the team’s only players who scored more than five points.

The Eagles were led by Samantha Simons, who led all scorers with 25 points, to go along with 10 rebounds and five assists.

NORTH ADELAIDE 60 (Taylor and Corrigan 17, Facchini and Ajak 5)

FORESTVILLE 91 (Simons 25, Stratford 15, Freer 10)

MEN

North Adelaide Rockets (53) def by Forestville Eagles (108)

If you thought the Forestville women's 31-point victory was impressive, the men's team had to one-up them, winning their game by 55.

As can be expected from looking at the final scoreline, scoring was an issue for the Rockets, and as a result, their top scorer - Steven Parfitt - registered just 11 points.

The Eagles had a much easier time with the ball, led by Daniel Johnson who recorded a monster triple-double: 27 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists.

NORTH ADELAIDE 53 (Parfitt 11, Harrap 10, Marshall 8)

FORESTVILLE 108 (Johnson 27, Mays 20, Purchase 17)
