Boston Mazlin puts the exclamation mark on a big comeback
After ending the first quarter 15 points down, 20-year-old Queenslander Boston Mazlin led the Logan Thunder to victory over the South West Metro Pirates. The youngster finished with 25 points, including a celebratory three-pointer to close it out.

Leah Scott balls out to start life in Pirates colours
Fans of NBL1 North would have become familiar with Leah Scott's name in the past few years, but she certainly made an impression in her first game with new side the South West Metro Pirates. Scott posted a remarkable 25 points and 16 rebounds in the win over the Logan Thunder.

Coming off his NBL23 season with the Tasmania JackJumpers, Isaac White let the basketball world know that he is out to cause serious damage for Mackay this season. The 24-year-old dropped 40 points, nine assists and seven rebounds in a game for the ages.
