NBL1 South 2023 Blitz Recap

Last weekend Frankston Blues (FDBA) hosted the NBL1 South 2023 Blitz.

Starting at 8:30 am Saturday morning, the Blitz ran across 2 days and 29 games of basketball at the Frankston Basketball Stadium.

It was a great opportunity for our Frankston basketball community, many of which may have never seen or may not regularly watch the country’s second-highest level of basketball.

Frankston Blues’ Saturday night and Sunday morning games saw some great crowds filled with Frankston Blues juniors. The energy in the building was electric.

The FDBA would like to thank Basketball Victoria for trusting the Association with such an important event.

The FDBA would also like to acknowledge staffers Daniel Spangler, Bailey Reoberts and Steve Lincoln for their dedication and commitment to ensuring this event was a success.

The Frankston Blues' NBL1 South season starts Saturday 1st April 2023.
