The Sydney Flame was also named to the All WNBL First-Team, coming second in MVP voting behind the Boomers’ Jordin Canada.
She’ll return to the Sharks this 2024 season, ready to lead them to another Finals push in the East.

She was second in scoring in the competition, averaging 17.9 points, shooting 40.7 percent from the field, 36.8 percent from three as well as adding 3.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists for the Finals team.
Atwell explained that her NBL1 season helped her perfect her game, putting on a scoring blitz across the NBL1 South season and the National Finals.
She’ll return to Bendigo for the 2024 season, alongside NBL1 Championship Game MVP Megan McKay.
Alex Sharp: Breakout Player of the Year
Two-time NBL1 West MVP Alex Sharp has won the WNBL’s Breakout Player of the Year.
