Eltham's Anneli Maley was the star of Round 4 of the WNBL with a huge double-double of 38 points and 19 rebounds in Bendigo's 12-point loss against the UC Capitals.

Maley was the league's leading rebounder last season and is continuing to improve her offensive game, as seen in NBL1 South this year.
She was complemented by fellow NBL1 star Alex Wilson, who scored 11 points on debut for Bendigo.
For the Capitals, Braves star Kelly Wilson dished out nine assists to go with 14 points while Logan's Mikaela Ruef put up 13 points to go with five rebounds and seven assists.
Perhaps the second biggest performance of the round went to former Hobart gun Shyla Heal who produced 29 points, eight rebounds and four assists in Sydney Uni's narrow loss to Melbourne.
She was complemented by her co-captains Keely Froling (18 points, 10 rebounds) and Lauren Mansfield (12 points, five rebounds, eight assists).
The Boomers were led by former Geelong Supercat Ezi Magbegor who put up 20 points, nine boards, four dimes and five steals.
Bendigo Braves star Tess Madgen was also solid with a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double
In the final game of the round, the Grand Final rematch between the Southside Flyers and Townsville Fire went down to the wire, with the Flyers completing a comeback to get the five-point win.
Ipswich's Abby Bishop led the way once again with 17 points, five boards and four assists.
Sandringham's Jenna O'Hea also chipped in with 12 points and eight rebounds.
Melbourne's Zitina Aokuso was Townsville's best NBL1 performer with 14 points and eight rebounds.
