O’Neill returns to the Sabres

The Sandringham Sabres have announced the return of Amy O’Neill for the 2021 NBL1 South season.

O’Neill averaged 11.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.6 assists for the Sabres in 2019 and was also teammates with recent signee Rachel Jarry, who both won the WNBL Championship with the Southside Flyers last year.

O’Neill joined Sandringham midway through the 2019 season after graduating from St Francis College.

The Sabres begin their NBL1 South campaign on April 17 against the Melbourne Tigers.
