Pioneers COVIDSafe Measures

GAME DAY INFORMATION

SA Health has directed that the Pioneers Basketball Club management implement the following COVIDSafe measured with ALL patrons required to comply without exception:

 1.    WEAR A MASK – All patrons shall be strictly required to wear a face mask at all times (excluding children under 12). Masks may only be removed whilst you are eating or drinking in your allocated reserved seat. You are requested to bring your own reusable mask. If you don’t have a reusable mask, branded Pioneers Basketball club masks are available for purchase along with surgical masks will be made available upon entry.

 2.    MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE – To ensure that the club is maintaing social distance, the club has implemented the following:

-      Tickets for home games is only available online through the TicketMaster website. Links are available through the club facebook page.

-      Make sure you have your tickets printed and presented on entry.

-      Multiple COVIDSafe checkin using the SA GOV app will be available at all entry points.

-      Hand Sanitizer will be made available at all entry points of the venue.

-      COVID Marshal present throughout the venue to ensure management of gatherings as according to the Pioneers Basketball Club COVIDSafe plan.

-      Sit in your reserved seat as ticketed.

 3.    VENUE ENTRY – Door Entry will be made available from 5:15PM (1 Hour before tip off). Only enter the venue via designated entry points, these are:

-      SPONSORS ENTRY: For Pioneers Basketball Club sponsors, located off Milton Street.

-      GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRY: For all other patrons attending, off the Tolner Road car park.

 4.    SCAN THE SA GOVERNMENT QR CODE ON ENTRY – Use the mySA GOV app on your phone will facilitate quick venue entry.
