Purchase crosses over to Hobart

The Hobart Chargers have announced the signing of Jack Purchase for the remainder of the 2021 NBL1 South season. 

Chargers Men's Head Coach Anthony Stewart said Purchase would be a great addition for his side, as he will really stretch the floor. 

Purchase, who is 6'9", will also fill in a gap for Hobart with his rebounding, according to Stewart.

Purchase played for the University of Hawaii and was a development player for Melbourne United in the 2019/20 season. 

He has recently been playing with the Adelaide 36ers in the current NBL season. 

Purchase will suit up on Friday night against the Bendigo Braves at the Kingsborough Sports Centre, with the women's game at 6pm followed by the men's game at 8pm.
