Ray Turner to work his magic at Mandurah

The Mandurah Magic have kicked off their signing season with a bang, securing the signature of Bendigo Braves star Ray Turner for the 2022 NBL1 West season. 

Turner had a stellar NBL1 South campaign in 2021, averaging 24.2 points (first in the league points standings) and 10.6 rebounds per game (fourth in the league rebound standings) while shooting at 58 percent from the field.  

He also won two Foot Locker NBL1 South Men's Player of the Week awards for two huge 30+ point performances. 

The star centre walks away from the Braves as their reigning Most Valuable Player.
