The Darwin Salties have signed Shaquille Hohipa-Wilson, Teyla Evans, Alier Riak, Ambros Eugster, Tania Dhu and Deng Riak for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 North season.
Hohipa-Wilson is a Darwin local who has been given his chance to shine on the big stage.
Evans comes across from the Launceston Tornadoes in NBL1 South, where she was one of their key players throughout the season.
Alier Riak has also crossed over from a fellow NBL1 side, having spent time with the Warwick Senators in NBL1 West last year.
Rounding out the trio of crossovers is Eugster, who left the Hobart Chargers in NBL1 South to head up north.
Dhu has been playing basketball in Darwin since 2014 with the Tracy Village Jets.
Prior to this, she played over 100 WNBL games with the Adelaide Lightning and Australian Institute of Sport.
Speaking about Deng Riak, men's coach Matt Flinn was excited about the future: "We see this as a good fit for the club, he will give us some rim protection."
