Scafidi brings home grown talent to Giants

The Northern Star Resources Goldfields Giants are excited to welcome local talent Elena Scafidi back into the fold this season after a 12-month break.

The 21-year-old guard played for the Giants in the WA Basketball League from 2018 to 2021, and was a state junior representative before stepping up into NBL1 when the team entered the league.

Scafidi just finished playing in division 1 of the Kalgoorlie Boulder Basketball Association's domestic season and finished in sixth for points with 255.
