Slammers get ready for NBL1 West season

The South West Slammers have signed Cody Hill, Amarah Mohammed, Rhys Barrett, Brody England, Skye Palmer and Jack Flynn for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season.

Hill averaged 8.76 points, 2.71 assists and 2.90 rebounds per game during the 2021 season. 

Like Hill, Barett is coming off a solid season in NBL1 colours, scoring 19 points on three occasions.

In four games for the Slammers last year, England averaged five points and 2.5 rebounds.

Flynn made 15 appearances in South West colours last year and scored a season-high 11 points against Goldfields in July.

On the women's side of things, Mohammed is returning after 13 games for South West in 2021.

Rounding out the signings is Palmer, who averaged 3.20 points, 1.60 assists and 2.53 rebounds per game last year.
