After dropping 18 points in Round 1 against the 36ers, Sobey had a scoring bonanza against the Breakers and the Taipans.

Across the Tasman Sea, Sobey’s Bullets took the five-point victory in New Zealand. Sobey finished with a game-high 24 points, eight rebounds and five assists in the impressive Thursday night win.
On Saturday, the Taipans stole the three-point victory on the road, despite Sobey’s 31 points and going 12/12 from the free throw line.
The NBL1 North Finals MVP took the conference by storm, averaging 24.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists for the championship team.
