Nunawading Spectres edged out the Kilsyth Cobras 70-68 on Sunday at Kilsyth Sports Centre in a tense contest that featured 20 lead changes. The Spectres were led by Isabel Feller's 17 points, including two triples, with 5-of-8 shooting from the charity stripe. Laina Snyder dominated the boards with an incredible 25 rebounds (23 defensive) to complete a double-double alongside her 13 points. Nunawading capitalized at the foul line, connecting on 21-of-29 free throws compared to Kilsyth's 6-of-10, providing the difference in a close game.
