Suns secure Huntington signature

The Eastern Suns have secured the signature of Rob Huntington for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 West season. 

Men's Head Coach Ben Ettridge said he was delighted to have a club junior return.

"We welcome Rob back to the Suns where it all started for him as a gangly 14-year-old who thought he’d give basketball a 'try'," Ettridge said.

"Since that time he has forged out a college career, spent time as a Wildcats DP and won an SBL championship.

"We have five guys under the age of 21 who are 6’8 and above, and they now have the perfect role model for basketball and life in Rob.

"His great communication skills and high work ethic set the standard for us.

"We are also excited to have one of the great basketball families, 'The Huntingtons' cheering us on from the sidelines."
