Three young guns sign for Mandurah Magic

The Mandurah Magic have signed young trio Sierraleone Simpson, Tom Newson and Kate Newson for the 2021 NBL1 West season. 

Simpson played five games for the Magic in 2020, Tom Newson made nine appearances while Kate featured for Mandurah six times. 

Tom joins Riley Parker, Ben Smith, Jerami Grace, Cousteau Kyle, Jake Cannell and Riley Fitzgerald on the Mandurah's men's roster for 2021. 

Meanwhile, Kate and Simpson join Rachel Halleen, Carly Boag, Rachel Pettit, Angelina Dimasi, Sydney Meares, Kaitlyn Srhoj and Olivia Waldeck on the Women's roster. 

The Magic tip-off for NBL1 West on Friday night when they host the South West Slammers at Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre.
