NBL1 West Second Team member Todd Withers has signed with the Perth Wildcats as their nominated replacement player.
Wither is coming off a spectacular season with the Warwick Senators, where he averaged 24.6 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game in 22 games.
Alongside now-Wildcats teammate Michael Harris, the Senators made it to the Elimination Final – losing to the Goldfields Giants.
As a Nominated Replacement Player, the 28-year-old forward is eligible to train full-time with the club for the duration of their contract, but can only be elevated to the main roster and suit up for games if another restricted player is injured.
Withers will join the Wildcats on their trip to Japan which starts today, from 12:00pm AEST live via NBL+ via the NBL App.
